Suspended winner

Better wait if you already sent the key. I had a similar case but I had to wait a month for that suspension to end.

IF he is suspended , he cannot see the key .

Just give him the game when suspension is over

If he's suspended for the 7 days he has time to activate, i believe you could ask for a reroll if you want. Or you could wait, it's up to you i guess.

You can add winner on steam and he can mark it later. But I would say, he did something really bad for being banned for a week. Do you think he deserves the gift

You might also check with a mod to see what type of suspension it is, if it involves cheating or bots it might hold more weight and taint the win;
as opposed to some sort of social blunder.

You can see when he was online last time, just keep your mouse on last online date.

1. The user most probably got a 10 day suspension for violating two rules. The suspension ends on Jan 31st at 1:43 pm (GMT +1). So if you made the key visible after Jan 21st 1:43 pm (GMT +1), it's very probable he didn't see the key.
2. Please check before sending out your gifts for violations of the rules. It's very easy nowadays using SGTools, there even is a add-on that adds links to that tool on the profile pages for easy checking.
3. He actually owns the game already for more than 1 year and (in my opinion) the user shouldn't have entered for that small and apparently useless DLC anyway. Maybe the user even would have asked for a reroll since he already owns the game

Please , for your future giveaways, check if you really want to give that game to the winner. To be fair, if you really don't care who gets it and only want to make sure it's marked correctly, just wait till he comes back from suspension

Maybe you can make a reroll ticket asking support if they know whether the user logged in between the time you made the key visible and the user was suspended.

i would check his steam profile and see if he already redeemed your gift, if not then i would ask for a re-role.
