The Bard's Tale (2004) could use a modern touch-up, especially if they sort out that awkward pause during conversations while the characters wait for the camera to do it weird roll whenever it points to the next speaker..

Don't know if you know but beyond ZAMN and its title changed 'sequel' (ghoul patrol) there was a half-homage/clone inspired game from 2007 that is really fun- Monster Madness, battle for suburbia.
Its awesome- save a few bad sections in some levels and a punishing difficulty for solo players (mid-game fowards you better have one or more friends). It includes 4player co-op

Dune Series back to 1+2, Freelancer, Wing Commander, X-Wing/TIE Fighter, MDK (dunno how much the humour would translate though), Ultima, Monkey Island 3 and Fate of Atlantis (just some minor graphical/compatibility upgrades), Dino Crisis, Onimusha, Hexen and Blood (give it the DOOM treatment, oh yeah...), Jedi Knight, Soldier of Fortune... there's a lot of games I wonder what they would look like with a somewhat modern brush-up and I bet I repeated or forgot many that were already or deserve to be mentioned here.

Gothic 1-2 (BUT only remasters, just graphics tweaks, nothing more). Fallout 1-2. And I'd like to see Silent Hill 1-4 remastered and tweaked for the PC Master Race.

Mass Effect 1 really shows its age, would be awesome if they would remaster it, or at least re-do it in the ME2/3 engine.
MechWarrior, specifically MechWarrior II/Ghost Bears Legacy/Mercs
X-Wing/TIE Fighter/X-Wing vs TIE Fighter/etc. I'm honestly surprised these haven't been done because being in the cockpit of a fighter, isn't that what the whole VR Headset is best designed for? I'd go out and buy one tomorrow if there was XvT to play on it :D
