Chibi-Robo! I would love to own a remaster of this game on Steam.

But only the first one, the other games are crap.

A new and remastered Outlaws would be nice as would a remastered MechWarrior series.

I would love a real Dune 2 remake - not that dune 2000 garbage or that emporer battle for dune crap.

The red faction series. Especially guerrilla. The memories I had with the game was amazing, even If it wasn't too long ago that it came out.
Goldeneye 64, but we did get one of those a couple of years back.
Any of the old call of duty games before current gen, world at war or call of duty 2 would look amazing now.

Beyond that, I don't know. I love all my old games the way they are. Having more games brought to the PC would be great - like the Persona series. I'm also very excited for FF12 to get brought to Steam like the others.

edit: Oh my god I would murder for someone to port Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland to PC. It was my very very VERY first video game and I am so fond of it.
