Indiana Jones and the Emperors Tomb.
One of the few games I actually bothered to replay a few times. It's super fun and has satisfying combat, as well as some really nice locations/levels.
Also, if you're playing the PC version, you just have to rename a few files, and bam, you can play as a chicken. Still wearing Indy's hat and cracking his whip, of course. What more could you possibly want?
A couple other games too, some of them already mentioned here though. Man, going through the thread a bit brought back some fun memories! :D

Poor Indy has always been out-shadowed by Lara Croft. Emperor's Tomb is a great game, yet all we hear is Lara, Lara, Lara. Unfortunately, I bought this to play on a 360, and it has some stutters and sound issues.

Faery Tale Adventure II: Halls of the Dead
A very good third person open world RPG from 1997 (or so). Never heard anyone mention it, but I have fond memories of it. I would play it again if I didn't have to virtualize an older system for it.

I liked the first one on Amiga, never played the second. Really cool old school RPG. The second was light years ahead of the first one graphically, here is a shot of the original. It had some old school DRM, rhyming codewords around the edge of the game map that had to be entered to play.

I've played that game in Sonic's Ultimate genesis collection for Xbox 360. Pretty fun and difficult.

SimCity, why does nobody play any of the SimCity Games?

I had a lot of fun messing things up in SimEarth, but not so much with SimAnt. It may be because the first time I played SimAnt was last year.

Tales of the Abyss the ps2 version. That game is so awesome!!! the people that I know that have the 3ds version didn't even know that there was a ps2 version until they I told them about it even though it is a remake! so much better on the ps2 since you can play with others.

For me this would have to be Darkest of Days, had it on Xbox awhile back. Have never heard it mentioned by ANYONE, so weird. A good game, altho I let someone borrow it then moved away right after I got it :P. Working on trying to get it on PC now, would really enjoy finishing the campaign. What about you guys? Are there any games you think are amazing, but have somehow noticed seem to not exist?
