well, you still can buy the game on your own money, but you fucked up by giving the DLC away, except creator will be willing to delete it

i don't see a multi-win (same gift won / dlc that was given to spouse).. but the not received mark can be fixed by simply buying that game and redeeming.
a multi-win can also be corrected though by buying the gift and asking for a re-roll while giving the user the replacement purchase (unused key or gift).

As d3m4n said, fixing those two mistakes requires a person to do two things:
- Redeem the game you received.
- Give the extra DLC back to the giveaway creator so that the giveaway may be re-rolled or deleted.
Also, keep in mind that using multiple accounts will get you permabanned. Only one SG account is allowed per person.

To be frank, I have yet to see a situation where the person in trouble has not been able to sort things out with the Mods. Those who contact Support looking for help to resolve a situation are always met with help. It's the rule-breakers who get caught being naughty and then try to escape punishment who get hammered mercilessly.

I've used the words the most because I remember SG support post that when a multiple win is by someone that isn't active anymore on SG or from a huge dev giveaway that doesn't answer any contact attempts that it's more difficult then.

When I first started on Steamgifts, three years ago, i made some mistakes. I made a giveaway from a game I won, and won two of the same gift (a DLC , one of which I gave to my wife). So, how can I make this up to the community.
I recently pushed my way to level 4, my win/given ratio is 6/90.
