I did some research on SteamDB, and it looks like the Casino Nights DLC was added to every package containing the base game, except for the beta version.
So, unless you were given an ancient beta key, you'll be fine, just make sure to check the winner, since due to the infamous Steam API bug, people owning the base game (and thus the DLC) can still enter the giveaway.

Thanks for looking that up. This is from a very, very old Humble Bundle (about 3 years ago). EVERYONE should be able to enter the giveaway, since this is strictly the base game. The risk is that you mgiht get the base game WITHOUT the Casino Nights DLC, but given your comment, I expect everyone will get the DLC.
This code is for the base game, not the Collections bundle. But, I think it will probably redeem the Collections bundle. We just have to wait and see.
