NEW MEMBER REQUIREMENTS
1.) SG Level 5 Required for invitation to Group
2.) New members must make their first giveaway BEFORE entering any contests.
3.) New Members (regardless of rule changes) must select their first giveaway from the below list:

REQUIRED RATIO
A 2 win to 1 sent required GA ratio (2:1)

REQUIREMENTS
1.) Monthly - Beginning July 15, 2016 - One non-bundled game from must be given away by each member: (Games created prior to 2010 are not eligible, and SteamGifts points must be 5 or greater)

2.) Quarterly - Beginning July 15, 2016 - One game from the following list must be given away.

GA RESTRICTIONS
1.) Giveaways should have NO level restriction. Level set to 0.
2.) All games should be global, non restricted regions. (some exceptions for individual country restirctions may be valid)
3.) Giveaways can include multiple groups, but this impacts your ratio
4.) Giveaways should be at least 1 day (24 hours) and no longer than 3 days (72 h
