It's probably the Season Pass and thus you're not really missing anything if you have everything else, especially these four. It's the same for me.

The season pass doesn't actually exist https://steamdb.info/app/901805/ .
If you buy it, you get the package you showed, and those individual dlc will show as owned, but the store page will forever show the 'season pass' as not owned.

I am pretty sure installing is fine. But if you use any of the cheats provided by this DLC ingame, it'll probably get flagged and prevent you from getting achievements.

Yeah I'm not sure about the details, I just remember the reviews on this one complaining about being unexpectedly locked out of achievements. Thanks for the info.
