When i checked my account on SteamDB i didn't see these games anymore but when i open my Steam Client and click on LIBRARY > GAMES i can still able to choose and download them. So the question is can i permanently remove them ?? When i go to SUPPORT and click remove it shows me an option for The Mixed Pack which contain a lot of trash games :0

Strange, I kinda like this. Those who got those games can still download them, but otherwise just remove them actually completely, especially if Valve itself booted off the publishers. Partly this is a shameless publicity mending as they will erase many of the memories of them being associated with such bad companies, but also finally rids Steam as a platform from even the memory of having them.
Additionally, this will also devalue all leftover keys for those games as +1 collectors and removed game collectors would have even harder time showcasing them.
Plus, hey, this mean we can report everyone who ever entered and won Digital Homicide junk and they will get suspended because support cannot get any info from Steam if they really have it? Count me in! :D starts reporting everyone who already admitted this in the thread
I kinda feel sorry for Student though, for the removal of our lord and saviour. But I know that our faith in Barbie™ is stronger than this change.

I don't have a complete list of what games are affected, since there are too many. This means if SGTools wants to update their whitelist it can be a non-trivial process.
This list might be a good place to start: http://removed.timekillerz.eu/games.php

No source, just this is how a system like this should work if they removed all references for the games from their system. If it cannot be seen in your games list any more, the same system cannot report it as booster-eligible. It all stems from one common thing that is also used by the API.

Cards from removed games are still available for dropping, obviously not marketable. Booster packs, no.
Anyway, quick way to get all eligible booster packs:

Hmm, right now i can't tell if you're asking for help or trying to start a flame with strangers because ...reasons. 😕
Anyway, if you're still anxious to know your eligibility on your account's booster packs, there's a link a couple of comments above. Click on it then search the list, if the game in question is listed there then you'll might get a booster pack. Otherwise you're not.
As for your experience, there's no info on a specific game's badge page about booster packs. There's only a button on the collective page of badges, that's where my link came from. Are you using a particular script? Can you post a screenshot to clarify this?

I see, you're right that's strange.. It must be a glitch cause the code for the dialog is already on the badge page when you open it (open source code , search for class="card_drop_info_dialog"
), it's not being requested from their server. It's probably enabled only by counting dropped cards :
Once you have received all of your card drops, you become eligible for a booster pack containing 3 additional cards.

Just a moment ago, games that are "banned" or whatever because Valve cuts tie with developers are no longer detected by Steam API. A prime example is that (almost) all Digital Homicide games are no longer detected as owned.
This is not a per-app change, but rather a system-wide change, so if you own some games made by other developers that are "banned" then Steam API will also no longer detect them. Not sure if this is intentional and why Valve would do this, but surely this will change a lot of things.
What this could mean in SG:
I don't have a complete list of what games are affected, since there are too many. This means if SGTools wants to update their whitelist it can be a non-trivial process.
Also, your profile's game count may have changed, depending on how many such games you have in your account.
For example, I own Barbie and Her Sisters Puppy Rescue (appid: 396390, you won't be able to see that I own this game unless I am on your friends list on Steam and you go to the Friends that Play page of this game), and if you check with Steam API you won't be able to find 396390 as my owned appid.
