I personally wouldn't even make any giveaways if there were CAPTCHAs for people entering. There are other giveaway sites that don't require them, so I would just make giveaways on there, and i'm sure I'm not the only one.

It's not gonna happen - during SGv2 beta ITH integration was suggested and cg even put it on to-do list under "maybe" or sth like that, but later on it got removed so he decided qagainst this idea :(

You know, you can just make a private giveaway and hide it behind an ITH question that involves a captcha if you really want that feature.
It's win win! You get your captcha, and everyone else won't be driven into a murderous blood rage.
