But .. I heard Madhatter. I'm a HUGE alice in Wonderland fan!

i finish the ones i’m into enough to keep going until the end. it depends on how much it appeals to me, how long it is, and whether it gets too difficult. sometimes i’ll play through a second time (like i’m currently doing with technobabylon) to get 100% achievements, assuming they don’t have one like speed run the whole game in 5 seconds on impossible difficulty or find one million collectibles.
currently i have 38 (soon to be 39, i hope) “perfect” games. oxenfree's on my wishlist but with over 1500 games i haven't even started i don't own it yet. i have watched all of house md ;)
i've had a bunch of wrong guesses for question #3...

Technobabylon is a game I'd like to play soon:)
It looks fun. Maybe I'll enjoy it more than Dex.. which I didn't really get into
And grats, haha.

Congrats M'Lady! Nothing like that feeling of accomplishing the completion of a game! :D

congratz. If I may suggest, backlog assassins might be the group for you. I was like that, but since I joined I finished 2 games and I have a plan to finish 2 more for their monthly theme. Also thanks for the GA!

I saw the group, it looks cool, but Santa's lazy(;

You rank 1st at your own too hard puzzle, congratulations!
Well, same thing here, never finish anything. Guess I just have one complete game at Steam. I like things to never end :)
Last vacations I played Blackguards, the game was really good, I recommend it. But then I got to the last boss and wasn't able to defeat it, but in such a way that it seems like I'll never be able to. Tried just once, thought I'd try and find a way, never again played the game or felt like playing...

Just read about your sadness about finishing Friends. Finally started watching it earlier this year, got to season 7, stopped watching so I'll never finish it. Having to deal with its end would be too much for my princess heart...

But.... but it's worth it! Friends is THE best show!

All those games you mention ditching are long RPGs. Maybe try shorter games in general? I wouldn't recommend going for trophies and such. I used to be a trophy whore with ps3 games and honestly, i feel like i lost a lot of time on that. I could've beaten many games in the time it took me to beat a game 2 o 3 times and doing random stuff just for a trophy.

Haha, you may be right, David. Baby steps, right?:)
Oxenfree was a little less than 6 hours long, so yeah that wasn't too bad for me

Some people may not know what you're getting at when you ask that :P It's a way to describe someone's personality for anyone wondering
Also, I find it's hard to tell for people online because they're not always the same in real life. I've also been told by some friends to take random personality tests and they always turn out slightly different so who knows.

Good points. Anecdotally, I have several ENFP friends and they all seem kind of obsessive about MBTI, I have theorized that they tend to care a lot about people in general and are very empathetic. As such, they would be more likely to look into personality types to try to better understand people and therefore more likely to know about MBTI.
P.S. Happy cake day!

I'm not sure (;
I do like the description I just read about ENFP, though:) Some of it suits me, but that's probably the case for most, so I just don't know.
Curious thing.

are all skills I've picked up partly and then moved on from. What's my problem? D:
Maybe https://www.ted.com/talks/emilie_wapnick_why_some_of_us_don_t_have_one_true_calling? And I don't consider it a problem ;)
I randomly drop tv series as well :/ Even if I like them, it's just like "I'll continue this one day" and then it's dead forever.

I'm playing Oxenfree and am inspired to finish it. I tend to slowly get around to finishing adventure games must if the time.
Stuck on Q3 but bumping just the same.

Okay, so I played for another 40 minutes and am seriously freaked out. The sound design in this game is fantastic!
I think that the conversation on the beach with the bonfire is the moment that will stick with me longest, even though none if the supernatural stuff has hit the fan yet. It just caught me so off guard to have such natural agency over the dialogue of a scene...
I'm definitely finishing this one!

Uh... What? Was that black humour or have you put a hit out on me? Lol

Congrats!
I usually play until stories end, achievements take too long, even more with that back log. But there are moments, where I switch between games. E.g. broke up Farcry 2 due to the annoying drive-backs, currently working on Arkham Knight, Beyond Good & Evil and NfS 2015. But if there's not much time, Rocket League is always triggering.

Oxenfree is amazing! I just played through it last week (and I'm already planning on playing the New Game+ some time soon)
Also, I currently have 95 finished games, 9 of which I 100% (surprise, they're all indies with few or easy achievements)

Wow, that's kind of impressive. And interesting.
I'm tempted but ultimately I don't think I'll play it again. One play through was already huge for me. On to the next one!

I've played it at my friend's, I go to her place for all of those types of games.. the Telltale ones too, they're like mini movies:)
Well not so mini, they're super long >smirks<

Played! Maybe. Want to play! Watched playthrough:).

Hmm, trying to remember what's the last game I've finished. Think I play too many games which don't have an end at all. :) Anyhow, things get repetitive quite fast and time is limited. Nothing wrong with going for something new for a change. :)

Yesterday was a historic evening for me. I completed the game Oxenfree, which was the first game I've actually played to the end since Skyrim on the Ps3, like 5 years ago.
I've always had the habit of playing games and stopping midway to try another game... Tomb Raider, Witcher 2, Victor Vran, Pokemon X... are all games I've enjoyed but randomly ditched. Even Tales of Symphonia, one of my very favorite RPGs, I stopped right before the final boss (;.
And when I think about it, it's not only games that I don't complete. Hobbies such as singing, playing the piano, the guitar, nail art ( I mean nail polish not hammering nails to a canvas:^) ), are all skills I've picked up partly and then moved on from. What's my problem? D:
This also includes TV shows I really enjoyed, such as Gotham, Revolution, and House MD, that I randomly stopped for no reason. I'm mostly okay with books - those I usually finish, thank God (;.
Anyway, last week, I was thinking about it, and I decided to push myself to finish games that I enjoy! Perhaps start collecting achievements and perfect games sometimes too. Yesterday, I was going to try some random game, but I lit up a candle, made some tea, and forced myself to finish Oxenfree. It was awesome! The game is great ,and witnessing the ending of a game is an amazing thing!
So yeah. Watch me, because I'm on FIRE now!
Oh, and I may have a couple of games for you guys:)
Good luck!
