Once upon a time (November 11th, 2011) evil scientists from a faction known as Bethesda released a virus, a disease, but not a disease that the infected people would hate and want to get rid of. It was a disease that people liked. It was called Skyrim...
Once released, Skyrim was spreading really fast. People got even addicted to it. Some even got the brain damage and retardation.
Symptoms were very bad ones. For example; Constant playing of Skyrim, and arrow to the knee jokes. Other developers were trying to make a cure for this virus. But none of the games that came out could stop the addiction of people. But there was one faction that had the cure and they didn't even know it. It was Valve. They didn't try to bother to make cure. They were simply searching back and trying to use their old game as a cure. And when they finally found it...They made the pack of games that can cure you and called it Valve Complete Pack. And so people got liberated from the evil virus called Skyrim.
But, Valve games are the viruses themselves >:D

I dont know what kinds of jokes you like but i have funny video. Local TV have conducted an interview. They ask young man:
-How are you going to spend the New Year's Eve?
-I will play game.
-What game?
-TOMB RAIDER!
All movie you can watch in this link, but it is in Polish language:

I already own most of the Valve games, but I would love Homefront. The storyline really interests me, especially with Kim Jong Il passing away recently. [Insert whining about not winning any giveaways here].
In regards to making you smile... All I have are depressing things, and I'd rather spare you the sob stories! I did pick up my kitty from the vet today after she spent a week in ICU and just getting her home and normal again, with many cuddles and lots of meowing, made me so happy! She has this really odd obsession with licking plastic bags >.>
Crazy cat lady away!
EDIT: Christ, have fun reading through all of the posts

I'm a young filmmaker and I'm shooting my first documentary about Schist Villages in Portugal starting next February 8. I'll be travelling around 6 villages for 2 months (shooting ends at 6 April). For that time, I won't have time to be with my girlfriend and I can't play any games online. Due to the fact that I spent all my money on reservations, food, lodging, and most of all, new equipment, I find myself without any entertainment to spend the chill nights. Since I'm a FPS fan for a long time (I've been playing them online since 1997), I'd love to get Homefront.
Sure I could buy the game with some effort, but since you're giving it away and I have to save all the money I have left for the upcoming travelling between each place, it would be great. If you don't believe me, here's the link for my Crowdfunding campaing to raise monetary (among other types of) support for the documentary: http://vimeo.com/32463695 (it's me on the video and that village is one of the 6 being featured on my documentary).
If you give one of these games, I'll make sure to give you a shout out on my next video update about the documentary (I'll be keeping a vlog during shootings). I hope you help me pass these long night I have ahead of me, thanks in advance!
For a bonus, here's the second video I shoot at Talasnal, another one of the villages I'll be at: http://vimeo.com/33497929
I hope I'm lucky enough to get this. Also, thanks for being a great fella and giving all these games for free!

This is great! The videos look amazing! Will you make an english version too? I don't speak portugese sadly.
I'm actually trying to become a filmmaker some day, my first project will be shot in spring! Highfive :D
You have a great eye for pictures too!

I'll make two versions, one with english subtitles and another without them. I sincerely hope your project goes forward, you just have to put your mind to it. In Portugal, due to the crisis, we're getting less and less support from the government. Just this year, they've cut ALL support to short films, such as my documentary, and that's one of the reasons I'm doing a Crowdfunding campaing. So far I've raised more than 1300€ (my goal is 1500€), and I've very happy with everyone's help.
I just need something to pass the time when I'm up there in the mountains :D
I'll tell you more, since a game costs money, giving me a game would technicly be a monetary help, so I'll include you in the credits aswell! How's that sound?
Either way, my advice to you is, read alot of books, see many short/long films, meet people that share that passion, learn with them and with many professional directors that have daily blogs on the Web. Vimeo is also a great place to learn how to make your own gear (DIY), from jibs to sliders, from tripods to shoulder grips, you name it, and you'll learn alot with many people you'll meet there also.
Since I've launched my crowdfunding campaing, I've been in touch with some of the best directors in Portugal, which gave me alot of connections, and much more insight of the portuguese film industry. But I really had to work alot, I went to alot of meetings, spent less time with my girlfriend, etc.
Once again, thanks for giving away these games! Also, add me on Steam, I'd love to see what you're planning with your project!

Wow, that sounds great and very interesting! :D
I added you, maybe we can talk about that some time. I'll tell you what I'm planing. (It's not a documentary though.)
As much as I'd like to throw some games at you right now to get in the credits I'll still keep it fair and consider every entry. Since it will end in 4 hours it won't be long until we know if you win though.
