Ok, I checked, and it's practically impossible. I indeed also posted this Free Game Bump here, but it links to the same SGTools gate, so the list of users above includes anyone who got the link to the GA.
There are alternative gates to the same giveaway, but they don't include the first part of the indiegala link, so not much these users can do if they just see the second part.

I posted the indegala link in two places, but they both point to the same SGTools filter.
It's also possible to get to the GA pointed to this filter via other filters (that I posted in other threads), but people who would get there from those links will only be able to see the second part of the indiegala link.
To be able to bypass this, the person who took the key would need to do the following:
- See the post with the first half of the indiegala link, but not go through the linked SGTools filter
- Find an alternative link I posted to the target GA, from there get the second part of the key and use it
- All this while beating the people on this thread, who are typically very quick
