I might buy the X Rebirth collector box when I have a new computer and money with it.
Otherwise, never, or very cheap not-on-Steam games.

Well I buy physical cd's only in 1 case, I'm in a shop that sells those and
I'll see a title that I would like on a reasonable price (~10$ is max) usually those are some older games
but even then I try to get it with steamwork mark
But it happens so rarely (once a year, maybe less often) that you could say it doesn't happen

Yup. From various reasons.
First, I prefer the physical copy since it has 'sentimental value'. However, I do not buy a physical copy if is not worth it.
I am only ready to pay more on a physical copy if it is a limited or collector edition.
The second reason is that most retail games here are way way cheaper than Steam store version. Ironically, the cheapest retail games are the ones redeemable on Steam (and these actually mean 70% of all retail games here - I paied 5 euros on THIS ONE, Steam redeamable ) and all Ubisoft games (UPlay) don't cost more than 25 euros on day 1.

Eh, yes and no. I do all my gaming on PC and no, I do not buy physical games for it, everything is digital downloads. Yes, I do, on occasion buy a phyiscal copy of a collector's edition to hold onto brand new to collect. I have to absolutely love the game to do that though and I just started earlier this year. Only two I even have are Bioshock Infinite and Witcher 2.

Ive just moved to Mexico last year and I'm horrified by the cost of games here. No wonder piracy is so rampant. I refuse to buy retail games here just for the price and is the primary reason I refuse to buy the PS4 or XBO.
These games aren't just expensive in comparison to the US, they're expensive in comparison to the EU and Australia. I would never condone piracy, but if there's one place that I'm glad embraces it, it's here.

Steam is cheaper, faster then going to the store, and won't scratch/damage.
Plus the bonus of cloud storage for savegames.
Don't think I've bought any physical games since I got my skyrim preorder (when I first started really using steam)
Not sure if skyrim counts as a physical game though as it does activate on steam ;)

Since most physical games still have DRM and usually cost more, so no, I haven't.
Last game I bought physical was FIFA 12, it had to be activated in Origin anyway.

I have a few physical games on my library (Bioshock 2, AC 1 and Brotherhood, Dead Space and RE4, i dont enter those Giveaways so dont worry).
My question here for all of you is : Do you still buy physical games ? After getting to know Steam, i rarely buy a physical game since they are kinda expensive where i live (Mexico, IE: Halo 2 PC still 50 dollars).
So, what do you say ? Still getting old disc and shiny manuals and case ?
