Carbonara, from Italy... Just started licking my lips and eating my hands just thinking about it... I like it best with fried onions and the full egg, although the original recipe does not allow onions and just uses the yolk.
(Please use cheek lard and pecorino isntead of bacon and general cheese... they'll be a lot better, and do not use little or too thin types of pasta!)

Druze pita with Labaneh. I'm sure it's not unique to Israel, but I've traveled to many countries and haven't seen it anywhere else.

BTW, isn't the diversity of replies amazing? I don't think there are many forums where you can get this :-)

An amazing belgian dish, best served with fries
https://thehungrybelgian.com/2013/07/06/chicken-in-the-manner-of-ghent/
This is also amazing, it's basically a soup, with chicken, potatoes and vegetables in it, but it's so good

and of course when you talk about Belgium you can't forget waffles

Since I read the other comments, I already know that you are also from germany.
That makes it hard to give you an advice. Even harder is the fact, that my favorite (Käsespätzle) was already mentioned,
So i'll give you my favorite dessert Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte , which is not easy to make your own, but if you'll never tryed it, try it as long as you are still in germany.

The UK has so many delicious things! But two are springing into my mind right now; Scotch Eggs are kinda simple, but just so perfect when done well, and Crumpets are just spectacular, almost like taking all the goodness of pancakes and of toast and combining the two perfectly - there's nothing quite like them!
