I think people are considered middle aged when they enter their 45th year from nascence. Happy birthday and don't fret about numbers, it's how you feel and what you do that counts :D

40 is middle-aged, because it's the start of a range... it's not like middle-age is one year and then you're a senior citizen. :)

I have 35 and think I'm middle aged...but this is more how you feel...my mother have 73 and he looks like a young lady...

Heya SG, I turned 40 today. Didn't have a big party, but I'll definitely do that when I get to 50. So as is the SG tradition, I've created a giveaway. But it's a public one because I wanted to give people who aren't the hardcore a chance at it too.
