So far, I've only had to reroll 3 out of 38 (so about 8%) of my giveaways. One reroll was requested by the winner, one was because of unactivated wins, and the third was a group giveaway and the winner was no longer part of the group. I can't say if it's luck or a growing problem though. I don't think that I've been around long enough to make that call. :)

If there is an infraction, always if its within last 2 years.
Out of 1222 giveaways I have 161 requests for new winner. 30ish of those are bacause winner asked me to or something like that. Of course lately I have settled on lv2 as my minimum for public giveaway to minimize support workload.

I only rerolled once , when one of my GA ended the user had already the game in his library so i asked for a reroll and it was a quick one. Till now except once i never had any problem with my winners with non activating or marking recieved

So I just had 4 giveaways end, and 2 users had un-activated wins, this is on top of the last giveaway I did having a winner with one win not redeemed. I'm noticing this becoming more and more common. How often on average do you guys who give stuff away find yourself re-rolling winners?
Have I just been unlucky lately, or is it starting to become a bit of a problem?
