I'm in search for games, I also really wanna get L4D1 and 2 but there's no steam wallet cards here in the UK...Yet :(

(Physic games are my favourite by the way. I like ones with action like FPS and so forth)

Also, you could take a look around abondania (or whatever it's called) for older DOS games. There are plenty of gems.

um tf2 im sure you know but starcraft broodwar is free to play on iccup.com and the campaign is old but very fun and worth a dl.
You can get the game for free on iccup's site but you cant play on blizzards battlenet unless you get a legit copy. If your interested and can't figure it out feel free to msg me on steam.

+1000 Pushover. I never had the full game but I played the demo over and over and over and over and over and over and over.

Makes me laugh so much when people whinge about the advertising in games like Alan Wake. Pfffttt...the Amiga had Pushover (Quavers), M.C. Kids (McDonalds), Cool Spot (7up)...etc. etc. whole games devoted to selling fast-foods/snack-foods to children. Sigh, those were the days...

I always played the full game with my brother, and we finally managed to play through all 100 levels. From level 90 on it was really tough! There's also a sequel, One Step Beyond, where you play Colin (100 levels as well, but a different concept).

+1 on the old advertising games, like Tony & Friends in Kellog's Land, or Fantasy Forest (Toffifee).

Good to know its still vaguely alive in Europe but you wont catch me playing on that Finnish server with 300+ ping :/ Are there any competitions still running at all?

Corpse Party. This is a port of the original to the RPG Maker engine. The PSP has a more up to date version, but that isn't free.

I also recommend Streets of Rage Remake version 5.

Why has no one said quake live yet :/ Fantastic FPS game and competitive as well, it is possible to get premium and pro accounts as well but thats really not necessary. Also it is possible to convert your quake live sensitivity over to L4D1 or 2 so if you get good at it and later decide to play either of those as well it wont ruin your aim.
