Yes and yes. I don't believe that there is anyone who would do something different in a situation like the first question.

I would steal it, if there is no other way to keep from starving. "Don't starve", it is instinct. But I wouldn't admonish people for doing anything, just because I don't mind their businesses.

It's simple. One loaf of bread isn't enough. You have to do it again, and again, and again. Each attempt carries a risk. Eventually you will end up dead. What happens then? If you're stealing to feed your family, then you fucked them up big time by dying. They starve, or they start stealing and die.

There's always a different way to do things in life.

Is this a classic conundrum? Seems like most people, if faced with death, would do a whole lot of things haha. I'd lift some bread, sure! And no, I wouldn't admonish someone who chooses the opposite. To each their own.

every mentaly healthy man would steal. Humans have self preserving imperative to survive no matter what. Unless you have some mental condition like depression etc. you would no matter what you say now

tough call. I would not do it for myself, because I have principles, but if my whole family depends on it it's a different thing. so yes, I'd steal that bread.

Yes, I would, of course? And, well, if they really need it, I wouldn't admonish them. Whether I'd give up my bread depends; if I'm living a great and comfortable life, sure, you can have some of my bread. If I'm also close to starvation, then no, it's mine.

Unless I'm stealing from someone else who needs the bread to feed their family, I'd do it. It's safe to assume that whoever I'm stealing it from can handle a small loss such as a single loaf of bread, while my family certainly can not keep going without that food.

NO, because I don't eat bread. Bread is a petty mortal cuisine that doesn't deserve my superior palate. I only eat cheese and peanuts.
