What do you check when someone wins your giveaway?

Unless it's a non-bundle game, I usually don't check anything cause I'm lazy.

thanks for the giveaways. I usually check everything, but in the end, if you're able to join my giveaways and you respect steamgift's rules, it's ok for me.

1a. Do you check if the winner activated all his/her wins (so also giveaways from other creators)
I do a SGTools check for activated games and multiple wins.

1b. Do you check if the winner already has the game he/she won from you?
Absolutely.

1c. Do you check if the winner activated your giveaway game on steam?
Sometimes. It's the most discouraging thing here to find out that they have not activated it, so I don't always do it.

1d. Do you check if the winner plays the game he/she won from you?
Not at all. They can play the game whenever they feel like it.

1e. Do you check if you got blacklisted bij the winner?
Never even thought of checking that and have no plans on starting in the future.

Usually I do it, it's not like it's too time-consuming, or anything...
But I do it only out of curiosity, in the end I'll send the gift anyway.

This is always the first thing I check, especially for bugged packages/DLCs.

I check it, after they mark the gift as received.

I'm curious to see if they played it, so I'll check it, but only after some time has passed.
It makes me really proud to see that my gift was appreciated!

I never thought of this, to be honest. I don't think I'll do it, though...

   a. If the winner is a man, then I just send him the gift.
   b. If the winner is a woman, then check below.

2. If the winner is a woman, is she good-looking?
   a. If she is not good-looking, then I just send her the gift.
   b. If she is good-looking, then check below.

3. If the winner is a good-looking woman, is she straight?
   a. If she is not straight, then I just send her the gift.
   b. If she is straight, then I send her nude pictures of me, hoping that she will accept them and that I won't have to send her the gift too. Fear me, female winners. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

1a. Yes. I check activated, multiple wins. Just out of curiosity, the site already enforce those rules.
1b. Yes. Had a bunch of rerolls already because of it.
1c. No. If it´s marked received, my part is done.
1d. Don´t really care. Most people have major back catalogs anyway.

Yes, using SGTools.

Yes, by checking the winners Steam games and I do this also for DLC and I check for multiple wins using SGTools.

Yes I do that after the winner has marked received, a couple of days later using SGTools.

Yes, since I was recently blacklisted by a level 8 after this user entered my giveaways first and then blacklisted me after entering, I now do a simple blacklist check for each and every winner. To date I have found at least 6 winners that have me blacklisted and at the same time are entering my giveaways. Not anymore they don't (those six) but there could be other such backstabbers out there, so I do check.

1f. Saying thank you!

I do appreciate a thank you from the winner as one can never be too lazy, too busy, too in a hurry, too entitled or too rude to not do the proper thing. It's no more than basic good manners 101. It's painless, costless and it only takes a handful of seconds to post a thank you in the giveaway thread were you won a gift. Bundled and unbundled games don't grow on trees. I have blacklisted for not saying thank you and especially even some higher levels as they are here long enough to know this and they really should set the example for the newer/other users.

Yes, I use sgtools to check them.
Once I had many giveaways end the same time, to my surprise 80% of the winners have at least 1 un-activated win.

I used to, but not anymore.

No.

No, but I think I will check this in the future. However it's hard to check this if they don't have any public giveaways.

Activation and multi-win check - I take a glance at his/her ratio, time on the site - I just feel happier for a new person winning, or someone who gave more than won, but it's only for my happiness, no consequences :)
