To The Moon, Dead Island Trailer, the part on ME3 where Tali sacrifices herself (when you don't kill legion), Final Fantasy VII (i hear Aeris' Theme and i cry to this day) and most recently Valiant Hearts, that game's ending really hit hard...

I don't remember crying over original Walking Dead by Telltale (unlike many people), but I cried when season 2 ended.
But overall, games rarely make me cry. They make me sad sometimes, but not to the point of crying.
