What do you check when someone wins your giveaway?

I only check their SG profile to get a general idea about their won to given ratio and to see if they didn't regift anything previously.
If their won:given ratio is something insane like 70 wins to 0 given, I sometimes blacklist them (not always, though).

Once I send the game, it's theirs and I don't check if they played it or even if they activated it, as that's no longer my problem :D

1a. Yes. If there's any doubt in my mind that the person has been suspended, I open a ticket for a reroll. I just had 33 giveaways end and seven of them have pending rerolls right now. I expect to get three of them rerolled, "the suspension has already been served" on three, and the last one is a really weird case where I have no idea what will happen. But it could be rerolls on all seven, so it's worth checking.
1b. Yes. It makes checking for 1c easier if I'm 100% sure they didn't have the game before I clicked send.
1c. Yes. And I do file user reports on non-activations after a week, or sooner if a regift giveaway goes up.
1d. Nope. What you do with the game is your own business. I've played all my wins because I think it's polite, but I don't see any reason to require it.
1e. Absolutely not. I've posted quite a few times defending blacklists as totally free for anyone to do whatever they want with them. If people who have me blacklisted still want to enter my giveaways, they are welcome to do so.

because I believe it's unfair for others to give a 2nd key of a game to someone. I had the same problems with you (browser freezing), so I stopped. I'm sure there are better ways of checking, but I haven't checked yet.

Because of this thread I went to check some recent winners of my giveaways...one of them in almost 40 games not only won the same game more than once, but also didn't activate any game he won. Think I will start checking for activated wins after this.

No. Maybe they don't feel like playing right away. Maybe they tried it and found out they didn't like it.
I don't feel like stalking my winners, I just hope they are happy with the game :)

Im still learning my way around here, so all I check is if the winner has received gifts but never contributed. I wont withold the winnings, but I will blacklist them for future ga's. I try to be reasonable in that, new people probably just havent yet, while the guy with 4 years... 50 wins... yet not one ga is a blacklist if I ever seen one.

All of my giveaways come with a free, thorough inspection.
